Description:
A Pick by Light assistance system uses images and videos to guide employees step by step through the assembly process. The system uses digital work instructions to show employees which component needs to be assembled next and how the component is to be assembled. The SETAGO system immediately signals the removal of incorrect parts or tightening with the wrong torque. The assembly process can only be continued after the correction.
The complexity of the work process is made visible, the error rate is minimized and quality is assured.
