The vehicle close to the ground consists of a double tube frame, which carries a seat shell at the back and has a support wheel at the rear end. At the front, 2 wheels are attached to the side of the semicircular double-tube frame, which are driven by means of hand cranks. In this vehicle, the hands are used for driving and steering. The Swingcart is available in two sizes for children from 3 - 8 years and 6 - 12 years.
