Indications:

- humeral head fractures
- injuries to the acromioclavicular joint

Contraindications:
- skin diseases or injuries in the area of application, in particular with signs of inflammation such as redness, warming or swelling
- sensation and circulatory disorders in the area of application
- lymphatic drainage disorders and unclear swelling
Features / Components:
- serves to immobilize the upper and lower arm in the treatment of shoulder injuries
- Arm can be immobilized in neutral position or slight adduction
- change of position by slightly adjusting the chest strap
- if only an adduction limitation is desired, the wrist fixation can be removed
- by placing the strap around the middle hand, a hanging down of the arm is avoided
- attachment around the Hull protects the shoulder and neck area
