Description:
Hallufix restores the foot to its natural shape, protects and relieves the painful bunion. The splint, which fits snugly against the big toe, expands the shrunken soft tissue (capsule) of the metatarsophalangeal joint and corrects the progressive deformity of the joint. The system of splint, metatarsal and toe support stabilises the foot and corrects the misalignment. With the help of Hallufix, the foot deformed by hallux valgus can once again perform the natural rolling movement without pain. In addition, the transverse arch support also straightens the transverse arch of the foot. The splay-foot (a common side effect of hallux valgus toe deformity) is thus effectively supported when wearing the splint. Hallufix integrates the corrective function of a hallux valgus night splint and the support function of a panty liner for the metatarsal arch in one product.
