Description:

Permanent magnetic chucks are suitable for clamping rings and bushes made of steel. The items are used for turning and cylindrical grinding work or on milling machines, keeping the clamping time short and the clamping effort low.
The turned part is placed on the chuck and the chuck key is turned. The turned part is held securely with magnetic force. Clamping takes place via the ring surface and not via clamping jaws. Therefore, there is no distortion even with thin-walled parts. Workpiece centering is facilitated by ring grooves.
