The device enables steady, fast and motor-assisted movements with crank speeds of up to 90 revolutions per minute. According to the provider, typical Parkinson's symptoms (tremors, rigidity, lack of movement) can be alleviated in this way.
Training options:
Passive training: Gentle, even movement of the legs or arms at up to 90 revolutions per minute.
Active training with motor support (ServoTreten): The motor supports active movement. The ServoTreten function detects even the weakest muscle impulses and enables an easy transition to active training.
The user can train actively against finely adjustable resistance, from very light to very heavy.
