Description:
Putties that are installed to prepare floor structures must be carried as bagged goods to the vicinity of the processing site. They are mixed with water using an appropriate agitator and then brought in a pourable state with containers (buckets, tubs) to the installation site, where distribution is carried out manually. Both carrying the bagged material and placing the ready-mixed grout are back-breaking activities.
The previously necessary lifting and carrying of the bagged material and the ready-mixed compound to the paving site is no longer required. Back, shoulders and arms are relieved.
The dry mix is delivered to the construction site in a box. The machine is controlled by remote control. It mixes the material and pumps it directly to the paving site.
Disposable boxes for putties are subsidized by BG BAU as part of the occupational safety bonus.
