The Orbit Reader 20 is a combination note taker, small Braille display and Braille keyboard. As a standalone device, it provides:
- Capture text
- Read text in .txt, .brl .brf or .asc format
- Display current date and time
- Make settings
The Orbit Reader 20 can be connected to other devices such as PC and smartphone via USB interface and Bluetooth.
The Braille display is compatible with the following software:

- Dolphin ScreenReader
- Jaws
- Window-Eyes
- NVDA (free ScreenReader)
