Description:
The system consists of three parts: a light socket, a switch range and an interchangeable light attachment.
The light socket can be used anywhere where standard European device sockets are provided
Due to the magnetic connection between the socket and the light attachment, the attachments can be rotated 360 degrees without stopping and exchanged.
One place of application for the lighting system is the bedroom. Plug & Light can be attached directly next to the bed and provides a pleasant reading light.
The light attachment is held by a strong magnet on the light socket. Three gold-plated sliding contacts establish an electrical connection at the same time. In addition to the energy required to operate the LED light source, this also transmits data from the light socket to the attachment. In this way, light attachments can not only be dimmed, but also equipped with a number of additional functions.
A light attachment with the Warmdim function, for example, automatically changes its color temperature when dimmed and thus simulates the light atmosphere of the old incandescent lamp.
Thanks to the magnetic rotation axis and gold-plated sliding contacts, the light attachment on the light socket can be rotated continuously through 360 degrees and is easy to replace. The ceiling spotlight can be replaced by a pendant light.
