The Looky 5 is the most comprehensive Looky handheld magnifier. With all the advantages of other Lookys, but some important new features. “Since the Looky 5 I can do my own shopping again”, says a very satisfied user for good reason.
The 5 in the name of the Looky 5 stands for the size of the screen: 5 inches. That is slightly larger than with the other Lookys. In combination with the high quality of the screen (720p HD resolution), this produces an exceptionally sharp, clear and vibrant image. The screen can be operated with a clear and intuitive touch control.
The Looky 5 has ten high-contrast modes, two photo modes and the ability to view objects far away.
The handheld magnifier also has a new battery. The rechargeable Lithion Ion battery is incorporated in the handle. When the battery is empty, you can easily replace it with a newly charged handle. This makes the Looky 5 extra long to use.
The Looky 5 is equipped with magnetic reading lines (magnetic lines). This system makes reading pieces of text considerably easier. A magnet is built into the handle of the Looky 5 and then a special ribbed sheet is placed under the reading material. This sheet contains metal particles to which the magnet in the handle attaches. By aligning the ridges in the sheet with the lines of the text, you can easily slide the Looky 5 along the magnetic lines / text.
