The APARENT® active arm positioning splint supports stroke patients during rehabilitation by positioning the paralyzed arm in a physiologically correct way. It relieves pressure on the shoulder, arm and neck, reduces muscle tone and allows the paralyzed arm to be positioned without pain. At the same time, it reduces swelling and prevents spasticity.
The brace can be used in everyday life and in rehabilitation clinics and works according to the Bobath concept, which promotes the neuroplasticity of the brain and gradually restores lost functions.
