Description
- The BraillePi is a small computer to learn Braille writing.
- The user's Braille display is connected to the BraillePi via USB.
- The user learns Braille by going through the exercises step by step.
- At any time, the user can hear what is on the Braille display by pressing a button above a Braille cell.
- Letters are pronounced phonetically for children.
- The letter is described for adults; thus the letter "g" (point 1,2,4,5) is described as a cushion.
- Many braille displays are suitable to use because the BraillePi uses brltty. Before using, the thumb keys must be assigned first. The list of suitable reading rules can be found at https://brltty.app.
- Included: memory stick, cable and power supply
