Description:
The positioning rail has been designed for correct positioning in health and elderly care. So z. B. operated and injured legs are usually stored higher to counteract edema formation. Another danger in bedridden patients is the formation of joint contours in paralysis. The positioning aids are made of so-called Airfoam or Skinfoam foam. Airfoam is permeable to air, so that heat build-up and perspiration are avoided. Airfoam is fully washable and autoclavable. Skinfoam is a soft foam in which the surface is sealed with a plastic skin. The coating can be wiped off, sterilized up to 70 degrees C and disinfected with normal disinfectants.
