Description:
Combination of blockable tracheostomy tube and flexible corrugated tube with mouthpiece.
The device seals the trachea against ingress of water and enables nasal breathing again as a bypass. Areas of application are exercise therapy and therapeutic swimming.
For safety reasons, the water therapy device is custom-made for the respective patient on the basis of a medical prescription for safety reasons. It is carried out by water therapy officers of the Federal Association of Larynxes on site or in some specialized rehabilitation centers.
