In addition to the basic manual setting, the digital electronics allow connection to a PC thanks to the serial interface. Special software allows many individual settings to be made and saved.
If it is not possible to place the device on the neck (e.g. after radiation, surgery), there is another option for bringing the sound vibrations to the mouth and throat using a mouth pipe with adapter. The adapter is placed on the screw cap of the Servona digital. The silicone tube is inserted into the corner of the mouth so that the end is behind the teeth.
The Servona digital signals that the battery has reached its reserve range by flashing red. A current management system protects the battery against deep discharge and increases the speaking time by reducing power consumption. The battery can remain in the Servona digital for charging. A spare battery can also be charged in parallel. Delivery: includes the dark blue nylon belt pouch specially designed for the Servona digital. A separate compartment allows for the safe carrying of the spare battery. The pouch can be variably adjusted to different belt widths. The basic set for speech therapists includes the data cable for the PC, which is not included in the standard scope of delivery.
