Description:
The Wergen keyboard is an alternative input device for computers, which can also be used as a keyboard replacement. The keyboard consists of a tableau (USB connection to the computer) with a wandering light spot on which all the keys of the standard keyboard are displayed. The light spot can be operated with a wand or joystick like the "Actuator Type 102" (sensor cartridge with wand) and with the four direction keys. Due to the special structure of the program, it is possible to reach each letter with a maximum of three joystick movements.
This input device can also (or additionally) be used to operate wheelchairs. Operation of communication aids such as the "Delta Talker" is also possible. The Wergen keyboard can be operated on the computer like a standard keyboard without additional software and thus runs with all conventional and future programs and operating systems.
