Description:
Spring balancers or balancers make the suspended load weightless. A tool is suspended at the workstation in a device whose load capacity range covers the dead weight of the tool plus the connecting cable or hose. The spring is then adjusted to the exact total weight using an Allen key supplied. Work equipment and tools hanging on spring balancers or balancers can be gripped and put down more quickly. In addition to productivity, tidiness and cleanliness at the workplace are also significantly improved.
When using spring balancers, the tool is pulled into the respective working position. There is a constant retraction strength. After release, the tool automatically returns to the rest position. In the case of spring balancers with additional locking (models 9346 - 9349), the cable of the spring balancer is blocked in stages when the tool is pulled out. Pulling on the tool or cable again releases the lock and the tool returns to the rest position.
