Product Type:
Electric continuous press
Areas of Application:
for example to relieve the musculoskeletal system
Description:
The carcase press is an electric continuous press with integrated nailing robot for the commissioned production of box furniture. It can be used as a stand-alone machine and also in conjunction with an assembly line.
The pressing forces are generated electrically horizontally and vertically and can be varied separately. Pressing is centered and at a zero line on the operator side. The pressing forces are applied vertically by a pressure plate and horizontally by 3 pressure cheeks each. The body is thus located at the outer edge of the machine and is completely accessible.
The positioning of the pressure cheeks takes place:
upper pressure cheek: via forced guidance at the upper pressure,
lower pressure cheek: freely programmable and motor-driven movable,
middle pressure cheek: freely programmable and movable via common drive with the lower pressure cheek
The main dimensions length and height are scanned during the infeed of the carcass and enable the automatic positioning of the upper pressure as well as the lateral pressure elements. A belt conveyor is used for transport within the press.
A nailing robot is integrated at the front of the press for stapling or screwing the back panels.
