Lucy is an assistive product that can be used both as a communication device and as a keyboard input device for the computer. All the letters and special characters of a conventional keyboard are arranged in approx. 20 x 20 mm fields on an approximately A4-sized panel.
The different ways in which the letters can be selected, from a simple button to a joystick to a laser pointer (light pointer), make Lucy interesting for many people. When used as a communication device, the message can be read on the integrated display or output via a printer or external synthesized voice output.
