Description:
This planer is suitable for left-handedness. The chip passage can be adjusted by a sliding plate in the sole and can be done unhindered because there is no wedge. The sole is made of pock wood, which is very hard, brittle and very heavy, but also particularly slippery as well as wear-resistant.
The plane is adjusted without hammer backlash by moving the adjustment wheel accordingly. Slightly to the right causes a stronger chip, slightly to the left a weaker chip.
