Description:
The system consists of a column chassis with a compartment containing 5 electric actuators and an electronic control system. The length of the 5 cables are adjustable and control the finger movement. The effective range of motion is thus determined. The operating speed is freely adjustable.
The mobilization of the patient's hand is mechanically transmitted through the 5-cables by means of a glove, which are like artificial tendons of the patient's fingers.
For this purpose, a Brace Plus Glove (Gloreha Brace + Glove) is applied to the patient's hand to generate the movement of the fingers.
The glove is available in 5 sizes each for the right hand as well as the left hand. The glove ends contain silicon thimbles and provide support in the hand.
If desired, the gloves can be personalized for each patient, increasing comfort.
A touch screen PC with pre-installed software to create user records.
the patient sees a virtual 3D view of the moving hand. Coloring and audible signals increase awareness of the mind-body connection.
