Sawyer is a collaborative robot designed to work safely side by side with humans in a production environment. The robot performs simple assembly tasks, handing materials and tools, and completing repetitive and tedious tasks. Because of its safe design and intuitive way of programming it for new tasks, Sawyer can be set up even without experience in robotics. With the help of a bayonet fastener, the gripping systems are changed in seconds without tools.
