Description:
A Pick by Light assistance system guides employees step by step through the assembly process using images and videos. The system uses digital work instructions to show employees which component must be assembled next and how to assemble the component. The SETAGO system immediately signals the removal of incorrect parts or the tightening of screws with the wrong torque. The assembly process can only be continued after correction.
The complexity of the work process becomes apparent, the error rate is minimised and quality is assured.
