The Seniortel enables people with severe limitations due to age or disability to communicate with relatives or caregivers on the move at the touch of a button. A telephone number can be stored on each of the three number keys, which the user can call directly by simply pressing a button. Whether the user wants to reach someone quickly in an emergency or simply wants to make a call - the Senior Tel makes the connection in an uncomplicated manner.
When developing the Seniortel, we placed the highest value on the simplest possible operation, which does not require a number pad or menus.
An emergency call system for the user's own home ensures greater assurance in old age or for people with physical or mental impairments. In emergencies, a neighbor, close relative or the nursing or rescue service can be informed automatically or at the push of a button. This means that help can be summoned quickly and the situation clarified without delay. By pressing the 1-1-2 key sequence, the Seniortel dials the emergency number 112. This means that the user also receives help in an emergency if none of the three numbers can be reached.
Senior Tel Plus consists of a base station and also a small transmitter that can be worn at all times, for example on the wrist like a watch. The transmitter (emergency call button) is housed in a waterproof casing so that it does not have to be taken off even in the shower or when washing up. It is equipped with an emergency alarm button, which can simply be pressed in the event of an accident or other problem. Then the device transmits a signal to the Senior Tel Plus, which then immediately dials a previously stored phone number or even several numbers. This can be a neighbor or a relative living nearby, ideally an emergency call center staffed around the clock. If the emergency call is received there, the responsible employee tries to clarify the situation.
