The Stress Pilot teaches strategies for dealing with stress and can be used in the home or workplace. The Stress Pilot includes a sensor for heart rate measurement and a training software. By measuring heart rate variability (HRV), the stress on the heart can be made visible. The using people train with the biofeedback exercise to influence the heartbeat by targeted breathing and thus to relax.
