Obstacle Detector is an app that scans the environment and detects it
searches for objects, people and text and provides the necessary feedback via speech, sound signals and vibrations.
It is designed for people with visual impairment.
This app uses AI to explore objects and scenes, and this by
to use the LiDAR scanner of the iPhone 12, 13, 14 or 15 Pro (Max). The LiDAR is able to determine distances very accurately and thus perform a 3D scan of the environment.
The free version of the app already offers a lot of functionality.
If you want even more functions, you can buy the Pro version for a one-time fee of 5.99 euros.
