The cape is made of 100% breathable material that is also 100% waterproof and windproof. The sleeves are made of a strong material so that the tires of the wheelchair wheels do not damage the cape. The Cordura material has also been used under the feet.
A transfer to put on the cape is not necessary as this can be done while seated.
