Grohe StarLight chrome surfaces:
- the chrome layer of all products is 0.2 microns, across all surfaces

Grohe CoolTouch technology:
It minimises the risk of scalding yourself on hot chrome surfaces. The internal water flow creates a barrier between the hot water and the outside surface. The brass body of the fitting is therefore not heated to an uncomfortable temperature by hot water. When showering, the surface temperature of a CoolTouch fitting is barely higher than that of the running water.
