Description:
The SCHUNK Co-act EGP-C gripper is an intelligent gripper for collaborative operation that interacts directly with humans. Adaptations of the gripping process are possible in real time via the use of different sensors. Situational, environmental and operating conditions are recorded, evaluated and communicated via several "senses". The intuitive interaction between gripper and operator complements the system of intelligent material flow and continuous documentation.
The gripper was awarded the German Design Award 2019.
