Description:
The computer-controlled leg orthosis C-Brace ensures more freedom of movement. The C-Brace consists of individually manufactured thigh, lower leg and foot sections. An ankle joint or an individual spring element connects the foot part with the lower leg part. The sensors continuously measure knee flexion and knee angle acceleration. The C-Brace recognizes in which phase of walking the user is. It can regulate the hydraulic resistance and control the flexion and extension of the knee.
