Description:
Children's bicycles often do not fit the proportions of people with restricted growth. In the case of dysproportional restricted growth (e.g. achondroplasia, hypochondroplasia), a bicycle must be low, long and have high handlebars. Short pedal cranks (approx. 1/5 of the inside leg length) in combination with a low bottom bracket are particularly important in order to relieve the knee angle.
