The Motorised Drawing Arm (MDA) is a computer-controlled movable arm that makes digital drawings tactile on the TactiPad drawing board. These drawings can then be further edited manually. MDA combines the accuracy of the software with the versatility of freehand drawing.
MDA has a built-in interface for network configuration and user management.
Images for MDA can be created with TactileVIew or with drawing programs that support SVG on iOS, Android and Windows
Connecting to MDA:
- Use a USB cable to connect MDA to your PC
- Connect MDA to the network and the internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable
- Sketch an image directly from a plugged-in USB drive
- Connect directly to MDA via the built-in WiFi hotspot
