This study was conducted to introduce IPPA, which is widely used abroad, into Korea. The final translation,
K-IPPA (Korean-translated version of Individualized Prioritized Problem Assessment), was completed through forward translation, verification and understanding evaluation through an external expert panel, reverse translation, and pilot study in accordance with the guideline of the World Health Organization for the translation of the evaluation paper. Among the activities derived from a total of 14 subjects, 93 out of 85 activities were equally
evaluated, indicating a high degree of agreement among examiners at 91.4%. As a result of analyzing the
intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for reliability, the reliability of difficulty was .766 and the reliability of
importance was .792, indicating that the subject's internal consistency reliability was high. The K-IPPA can be used as an initial evaluation for assistive technology intervention and as a tool for measuring assistive technology outcomes.
