To control the braille printer, the program Duxbury can be used. With Duxbury, text is translated to braille and the braille printer is controlled. The Dutch braille tables support text to braille translation in Grade 1 and Grade 2 (shortened). Duxbury has the advantage that it can be printed from any type of document and that the page layout can be optimized.
