Description:
Sleep disorders can be the cause but also the consequence of mental illnesses. The ActTrust can identify possible environmental disturbance factors that have an unfavorable effect on healthy sleep. The results can be used to derive specific measures for more appropriate sleep hygiene.
The measurement is usually carried out over several days. The evaluation visualizes, among other things, sleep patterns, activity levels and blue spectrum light in the person's environment. It becomes clear whether sleep is regular and continuous or is disturbed by other factors, such as blue light or activity. Particular attention is paid to blue light exposure shortly before going to sleep.
