Description:
The treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea with intraoral treatment devices has become a recognized supplement or alternative to treatment mask therapy (nCPAP). Scientific studies prove the effectiveness of special mandibular protrusion splints, which enlarge the airway in the throat at night and keep it open.

The TAP splint (Thorton Adjustable Positioner) meets the requirements of the guidelines of dental sleep medicine.

This orthosis is a mechanical construction that is built into two dental splints and brings the lower jaw reliably and in a controlled manner into an advanced position.
