The Vortex inhalation aid is used together with medication sprays or so-called metered dose inhalers for the treatment of respiratory diseases. With its metal chamber and the cyclone vortex principle, it promotes reliable dosing. With the appropriate mask, it is also suitable for use with babies and children.
The Vortex minimizes coordination errors when using metered dose inhalers and avoids high drug deposition in the mouth and throat as well as the associated undesirable side effects. The flexible connection ring allows use with all common metered dose inhalers.
