KICO is an AI-supported health coach and supports employees through sensor-based analysis of workplace conditions and health behavior directly at the desk. It consists of two modules:
1. risk assessment: as an interactive risk assessment, it measures various parameters of the workplace and suggests optimizations that are regularly tested for effectiveness.
2. ergo coach: accompanies users over several months and provides support in improving various work habits, including feedback and training.
