TOP Assist is an online tool from the TOP.AI project that uses artificial intelligence to support the creation of comprehensible exam questions and is currently being tested. It helps to break down language barriers, simplify complex formulations and clearly structure tasks (e.g. using paragraphs, headings or bulleted lists). The aim is to ensure that exam content is better understood - while maintaining the same level of difficulty - and that the result primarily reflects subject knowledge rather than text comprehension. It is used in compliance with data protection regulations and directly in the browser without logging in. Exam questions can be translated into simple language at the touch of a button.
