Description:
The ball exerciser consists of a ball and a ball holder. The hand lounges on the ball and the wrist can be moved in a relaxed manner thanks to the almost frictionless bearing of the ball in the ball holder. If greater adhesion of the ball surface is required, the ball can be individually covered with the anti-slip pads supplied.
