Description:
The weight bars are used in aerobics and therapy. They are suitable for warm-up training. The exercises on the 1.05 m long bars target the shoulder, chest and gluteal muscles in particular.
The diameter of the bars varies from approx. 20 mm (1 kg) to 43 mm (6 kg). Weighted bars are made of flexible plastic and adapt to the shape of the shoulders during shoulder exercises. They can also be used in water.
