Description:
The children's model is a motorized movement therapy device that caters to the special needs of children. The MOTOmed gracile12 has a foot shell distance of only 12 cm, so that even small children or people of short stature can exercise in a physiological joint position. This prevents incorrect loading of the hip or knee joints. The height-adjustable footrests can be adapted to the leg length and enable an optimal sitting position.
The device has safety functions such as the relaxation drive with movement protection, spasticity detection and spasticity release.
In addition to the leg trainer, the MOTOmed gracile12 is also available as a combination model for leg and arm/upper body training. The MOTOmed arm/upper body trainer can be swung in and out of the training area. The arm and upper body training specifically strengthens the arm, upper body and shoulder muscles and strengthens the auxiliary breathing muscles.
