The board with 5 degrees of freedom in the different directions of movement:

- diagonal
- tilting

The Sensoboard is used to train fast movement reactions. This is because the 5 degrees of freedom of movement of the extra-wide board must be immediately compensated for by the muscle work. The non-slip tread plate rests in the middle on a ball on which the board can tilt. The rubber bands attached to the sides pull the tread plate back into its original position. Even the slightest change in the body's position causes the plate to lose its balance - and the muscles have to counteract immediately.
