Description:
Gymba - walking while standing, is similar in intensity to a walk on the beach. It trains balance, counteracts poor posture and relieves tension.
The deep-seated muscles and the venous pump are activated, oxygen is better transported through the bloodstream through movement and rigid standing is avoided. At the workplace, Gymba can be used as a footrest under the table by turning it upside down.
