Description:
The course bar is used to train functions of the spine, knee joint, ankle joint and shoulder joint. It can be used as an obstacle for heights and depths as well as a barrier.
In combination with other WorkPark devices, dynamic and static movement sequences can be trained.

- two columns length 180 cm screwed onto a steel plate with a diameter of 49 cm
- powder-coated light grey, similar to RAL 7035
- height scaling on both columns
- incl. 2 plastic crossbars diameter 2.5 cm, length 200 cm and brackets
