Description:
The SAFEasy series of optoelectronic protective devices offers non-contact finger protection, hand protection or body protection on machines. The device, consisting of a transmitter and a receiver, ensures that the protected area is safeguarded by generating an infrared protective field, defined by the height and width of the protective field. If the protective field is penetrated, two outputs (OSSD) open and cause the monitored machine to assume an assurance state. The interruption of one or more infrared beams immediately triggers the safe shutdown command.
