Nasal epithesis
Description:
A nasal epithesis replaces part of the nose or the whole nose.
The artificial nose is made of medical silicone and is shaped so that it appears like a natural nose. The nose moves with mimic movements.
Fastening elements for a nasal epithesis are implant magnets, special lattice bar constructions, skin adhesives, as well as attachment to glasses.
At least four to six appointments are required for the production.
Since everything is custom-made, only A brief overview will be given using examples.
