The treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea with intraoral treatment devices has become a recognized supplement or alternative to treatment mask therapy (nCPAP). This orthosis is a mechanical construction that is built into two dental splints and brings the lower jaw reliably and in a controlled manner into an advanced position.
