Indications:
- severe lumboischialgia with significant paresis
- Contraindication for surgery
- For patients who refuse surgery
- Severe, radicular, pseudo-radicular lumbar syndrome (resistant to conservative treatment)
- grade III spondylolisthesis with severe lumboischialgia and/or paresis
- severe lumbar deformity with hypermobility in facet syndrome/arthrosis

- Osteoporotic sintering (multiple vertebral bodies)
- Post-traumatic vertebral fractures with significant vertebral body damage
- Pathological fractures, z. B. Plasmacytoma with vertebral body collapse
Contraindications:
The application and wearing of such assistive products may be contraindicated in the following clinical pictures:
- Skin disease/injury in the treated body part
- Inflammatory symptoms, raised scars with swelling, redness and overheating
- Sensory disturbances
- Severe restriction of cardiopulmonary performance
- Risk of increased blood pressure with the assistive products in place and increased physical exertion
Description:
The plastic frame and the abdominal pad ensure that the blood pressure is reduced in the 1st stage. In the first stage, the plastic frame and the abdominal pelotte pad achieve lordosis of the lumbar spine and rotation is significantly restricted. In the 2nd stage, flexible rods are inserted into the back frame and the abdominal support is removed, which reduces flexion and almost restores the physiological lordosis. In the 3rd stage, the back frame is replaced with a pad,
leaving a high back support girdle. In the 4th stage, the upper bodice is removed and remains as a long-term therapeutic aid.
