There is a heart-shaped lamella in the lumbar vertebrae area. Above the lumbar vertebrae, the lamellae tilt towards the head,
below the lumbar vertebrae towards the feet. This inclination creates an opposing traction force by redirecting the body weight.
Duration of use: once or several times a day for a maximum of 40 minutes each
